WHEN IT ZIGS, ZAG
It seems that the teaser has gotten some decent reviews. As it is nice to see the hard work seem to kind of start to pay off, the truth is that we have a long wintery season ahead of us.
Upon arrival in Salt Lake City from a much too lengthy stay in Las Vegas, the crew was ridden with 2 sick filmers. But with snowstorms blanketing the Wasatch front, we couldn't let a few aches and pains stand in the way of our destiny. Yesterday we had 2 crews battling the frozen tundra. While Eddie's men were firing ammo frontside and backside, my army was brought to a screeching hault at the loss of daylight. We visited Spencer's parent's abode for a replenishing meal which gave us the will to continue on. With restless bones, the sunrise was just too far away. David had brought with him a light "at the end of the tunnel" which we used to "brighten" our spirits as well as a 22 stair down rail with a massive donkey dick. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's the reproductive organ you would find between the two hind legs of a donkey. It smells really bad which makes it harder to do the rail.
When we finished our business, some really not cool things happened. Spencer, who doesn't own a car and therefore never has to worry about losing keys, had left my car keys in his hoodie pocket. He called it a sweater pocket but that's besides the point. Spencer took a couple diggers during the sesh. You can guess where this is going. We shoveled and shoveled and shoveled. Then we shoveled some more. They never turned up. My vehicle was parked in a rather conspicuous spot so we talkied in a tow truck. Now my truck is sitting in Spencer's driveway and Spencer just ventured off to rent a metal detector. Problem solving. It's what we do. Well, I guess we create most of the problems we solve. Harmony.

NOT DANCING, DOESN'T COUNT
I'll make this one short so you have enough time to watch the new dance video. The first of our 678 teasers is nearing completion. It will be broadcasted on the internet come Tuesday. And hows filming been? Good. Filmings been good. Now dance...

MONDAY AT THE ZOO
Like eddie said...last night was pretty rough. Ben took a digger and Trevor was peeing blood.
Hanisch dreaming about the Olympics.
Hanisch dreaming about the Olympics.
With everyone stuck in bed, I decided that I would have to make the best of my day...solo style. First, I traveled up the stairs to Trevor's personal bowling alley.
bowled a 300. no joke
After conquering Wii bowling, I decided to move on to bigger and better challenges. My first conquest was becoming a professional photog. These are my first few shots as a pro.

IN A MITTEN, DAY 3 SCREEN SHOTS
Sean practicing his flatland tamedogs for the X-Games on Friday.
Then there was this disconnected rail that we found a couple feet away..
So Sean boardslid it.. to regular!
Ben part 1: tail hooked going switch & sent him backwards.
Ben part 2: nose hooked & came to a complete stop REALLY quick.
4-7am hospital visit turned out good though, no injuries, just a bruise.

IN A MITTEN, DAY 3
Falling off in the middle would be scary. Your arms almost touch both sides at the same time without spreading them. We got REALLY scared at one point.
Ring Pops are making a comeback.. only in 3d though.
Thanks to Tom Crowe's Forum/Foursquare/VZ/Nixon/Skullcandy/Element warehouse for the snacks when we made our pit stop. Actually I think all these Twizzlers & Animal Crackers were some dude named Eich's that hates when people eat his food? Sorry Eich, I got hungry.
What would life be like without Goost? Watermelon ice on the finger, fool.
Sean is unique. Especially when he gets a hold of the camera. Not sure which is more ridiculous.. this photo shoot or his rail garden video.

HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS
While Eddie and everyone's out jet setting and exploring foreign cultures abroad (Michigan), I'm still at home and therefore probably not as cool as them. And it doesn't make me any cooler to admit that I've spent most of the time staring at computer screens. The weather's been groggy but the mountains are really filling up. With snow in the forecast for the entire upcoming week, Utah is loving it. I don't have any photos for you because I don't own a convenient little digital camera like every other goon in the world. Maybe one day they will stop coming out with new video cameras so I can muster up some cream for one of them bad boys. Until that time arrives, my blog posts will be delivered in spoken word and when you're lucky, an occasional surprise video clip. Since things haven't been working out with the ladies lately, I'm using my spare time to make a movie trailer for Guns Out. It's coming along fantastically. And before I let you go, the footy clip from my last blog post made the cut for Fuel TV! Or wait, well ok it was just on their website. Pretty rad. Thanks Adryan! Now that the video got all big time, I've chosen to take full credit for it. I was the one that let Sean use my camera so without me, there wouldn't have been a video. Sorry Sean. Here's the linker:

SCREEN SHOTS
Here's a little sneak peek of what went down..
Alex going sideways & backwards from the south side.
Trevor blunting backwards showing some logo.
Ben was on this one for a good 3.45 minutes.
Max with one of the smoothest maneuvers of the whole trip after 60 minutes of shoveling.
Just got to the mitten this evening.. will be posting some content over the next few days.

CANADA
Here are just a few photos from the trip to the foreign land of Canada. Turned out to be really productive & had more snow than we've ever seen in a city.
Landing in Chicago.
Never knew $99.95/week would get us so far, & so stuck in the driveway EVERY morning.
Undershirt, turtle neck thermal, hot chilis, Nomis heated hoodie, Airblaster ninja suit, cardigan sweater, puffy coat, & still freezing my ass off.
Max lives in a really cool place, but we can't understand any signs because everything is in French.

Until our first flight was cancelled, re-booked one for 24 hours later, then that one was delayed 3 hours, missed our connection in Chicago to Salt Lake, had to spend the night in Chicago & leave at 7am, then our bags didn't show up until 8 hours after we arrived.. stoked!
Keep an eye out for the teaser next week along with the new website www.varietyinyourlife.com. Headed out for another trip tomorrow.. will post photos as they are captured. Adios.

@ THE RAIL GARDEN
So we went to a couple spots this morning, none of
which had enough snow. So we went to the rail gardens.
Sean stole my camera and filmed some footy.
I made this movie with it. Enjoy.

SEAN'S IPHONE PICS
Sean has an iphone. In an effort to make this blog
a blog, he mustered up this sequence of a die hard
shred dogger getting chased down after trying to
poach at Brighton. They didn't check any passes
while they were chasing down the criminal.
The confrontation.
The daring escape.
Two law biting lifties in hot pursuit.
